Check in and check out were fantastic - smooth and fast. Some issues with heating/ac system. We had a superking size bed but 2 mattresses. it would be great to have mattress of the same size of the bed

I had the most incredible experience at ME Milan - Il Duca! The service provided by Jenny Rossi, Aura Manager, Sabrina Gallo, Concierge, Anthony Ardizzone, Head Concierge, and Gabriela Serranti, Front Office Manager, was simply outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out.Having traveled to almost 14 countries across Europe, I can confidently say that this was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The Italian hospitality displayed by the team at ME Milan - Il Duca, was unparalleled. I have no way to express my gratitude to everybody.As a result, I wholeheartedly give, ME Milan - Il Duca a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Wonderful service. We dined there all 3 nights of our stay. The cost was very reasonable and the food excellent! Staff were wonderful. Our only niggle would be the decore in the room is a little tired and needs a bit of touching up, but this did not detract from our wonderful stay. Gracia x
