The swimming pool has been resurfaced and it is beautiful. Some security guards enforce the rules, but others don’t . I saw someone cleaning their sandy feet and shoes in the pool. There is a sign that states that is not allowed. The sand goes to the filter and it is bad for the pool. Others lean heavily on the rope and that is not allowed either. The seven million dollar investment was worth it, but there are some places in the rooms that need repair work. Unfortunately, some workers don’t take pride in the work they do. I have the same issue with work I need done in my own house.

Absolutely Disappointed, Our Room Had No Cold A/C - They came down to “fix it” at 11pm and said it will begin to get cold and spent all night sweating. The hallways was cooler than our room.

1st day there the pool was closed. Some sun umbrellas around the pool and sun deck were missing pins to keep them open. The deadbolt on my room door did not work. But they did have another way to secure it.

We had booked and paid for a room for four nights, but stayed only one and checked out the next morning. That one night was the worst night of my life. We could not sleep the whole night because of some horrible smell which was coming from the air conditioning system. The A/C was so loud. The pool was not working and looked so dirty. The furniture looked like it was from the 18th century. Everything was disgusting. We asked for a refund and were promised to get a certain amount, but we received $100 less.

Staff is very nice, polite, and attentive. It is a nice spot for the leisure of beautiful sunny isles beach, as well as a convenient location for commuting. Elevators can get busy, however, it is expected when staying at the majority of hotels out there.
