This Private air conditioned studio is located on a newly remodeled ocean view estate, within walking distance to some of Maui's best restaurants and shops in the historic plantation town of Pa'ia. The property offers stunning views of both the ocean and Haleakala. Baldwin Beach and Pa'ia Bay's powdery white sands and crystal blue waters are a short walk away, and once seen you will know why they have been voted some of the worlds best beaches. The Studio has tile floors, king size bed, queen size leather sofa sleeper, new fixtures, dinning table, and custom tile shower / bathroom. Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of our park like yard with a variety of tropical fruits + flowers to pick. There is a hot tub and BBQ area as well.
