位置超棒 電梯可用 冬天有暖氣很溫暖 房間雖小但有微波爐熱水瓶 廚房可煮東西 很不錯！缺點是隔音不好 房間沒冷氣設備 夏天可能會悶熱

We booked and paid for a Suite but on check in they gave us a normal room despite having charged us for a Suite. On trying to talk to the management neither the hotel manager nor front desk manager were available. Eventually they said the issue was between us and Expedia. The hotel is clearly run without any ethical standards or any care for customers. Please avoid this hotel at all cost.
