"It was great. My family had fun. The front staff was a little stand-off ish, everyone else was amazing. Facility was super clean. We were in the pool, on the beach, gift shop, spa and salon, room service, restaurants- all excellent. The cleaning staff came multiple times and they were every patient and efficient. Overall, we had a great time. "

"Absolutely outstanding visit. The property and location are fantastic if you want to be between intracoastal and ocean. The service at the hotel is outstanding and the restaurant and in room dining options are amazing. I loved being able to communicate with the staff and order food via the in room iPad. We spent a little time each day by the pool and it was great. The optional trip on the new hotel-owned boat was a welcome surprise. The trip itself was very pleasant and we enjoyed the interactions with the staff, in particular the Captain (Clay?) very much. Only minor criticisms would be better access to coffee in the room without having to order room service (I can hardly even order breakfast before I’ve had coffee). The property is dog friendly but guests without dogs might appreciate some limitations on where they can go. The dog fight pool-side on our first day was sadly repeated several days in a row. Those were very minor issues during an otherwise incredibly enjoyable visit. "
