This unit has optional keyless entry via your smartphone. Each room has a large flat screen smart tv with cable, netflix, amazon prime and youtube.

Our gated property is a beautifully kept complex within walking distance to downtown, Sunrise Shopping Centers, Mizell Senior Center, and the Library. The gated complex boasts brand new tennis courts and two large pools with jacuzzis. Not to mention the clubhouse with fitness room. (Racquets and balls in unit) - 29 day minimum.
