This home is your opportunity to experience a piece of Americana and also a stunning venue for weddings and other events- close to downtown and the mountains.

Mercury Palms is a Tuscan Style home located in the exclusive Vista Las Palmas area of Palm Springs- conveniently located walking distance to downtown and hiking trails alongside the mountain. The home is more than 4250sf with 4 of the bedrooms offering access to private outdoor areas. The game room includes a pool table, spacious bar, 50" HDTV and fireplace. The Great Room has a magnificent cathedral ceiling, large entertainment center and massive fireplace. The master bedroom offers private balcony with city and mountain views as well as a separate lounge are to read or watch TV by a cozy stone fireplace. You'll enjoy 2 separate large outdoor areas- pool with BBQ, as well as a lush rear grass area for events and lounging. The entire home has been newly furnished so you'll be enjoying the most comfortable bedding and furniture available. This home is unlike anyplace you've ever stayed- absolutely private with spectacular views and amenities.

You will have access to the entire home. The elevator is accessable for those not comfortable with or unable to use stairs. Please request elevator prior to arrival and we will be sure to activate equipment. Otherwise this feature is turned off.

Per new Palm Springs Vacation rentals laws the maximum overnight guests allowed are 12 Adults + 2 kids under 12 years. An additional 4 daytime guests are allowed between 10am-10pm

WOW!!! We had SUCH a great family vacation at Mercury Palms. We can't thank you enough - the host helped us out with excellent communication and preparation, and made for such a relaxing and organized stay! The place is AMAZING and the uber-posh hillside neighborhood is an incredible gem filled with huge gorgeous houses and gardens... and Elvis's honeymoon home is a few blocks away. I have to say the pictures don't do this property justice. It's so much bigger than I imagined and has every ammenity you'd ever want. Thank you!

The Mercury Palms exceeds the photos and expectations. The house is designed in such a way that everything is central but has privacy and quite. We spent all our time in the pool, gazing at the mountains and BBQing. Fantastic house, and we will return!

We had a great time. The house met our expectation and in many ways exceeded it! There was a crazy wind storm during our stay that caused a little damage and pool to be dirty. Tiffany took care of both. Thank you!

This home is gorgeous and we felt so comfortable as guests. Beds were amazing, pool amazing, weather worked out to be perfect. So close to restaurants and shops as well! Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful home! The pictures don't do it justice. Well laid out space, large bedrooms, quality furniture and bedding. The pool space was beautiful with great views of the mountains. Would definitely stay here again!

We used the place for a coding retreat and it worked out perfectly. It held our team of 7 comfortably and the pool, hot tub and pool table were great to have. Perfect location - close to the mountains to be able to hike and yet close to places top eat and shop.

We stayed at the house for a girls weekend. The house was everything the pictures show and more. It was a gorgeous house and clean. Slept 12 adults comfortably. Can walk right to the heart of downtown from the house. Would definitely recommend this house.

My family gathered at this special home for Thanksgiving and to celebrate a milestone birthday. This home was recently renovated and it did not disappoint. The location is extraordinary, the home decor is beautiful and comfortable, the beds are super comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. The pool/hot tub was well used during our stay as was the pool table. There is a gorgeous outdoor grill which looked brand new. We had never visited Palm Springs before and we will definitely return. This home is great for large families, we needed to sleep 9, and the home was spacious, although the public spaces were very cozy. We could watch the Thanksgiving Day football games while relaxing in the hot tub. Don't hesitate, this home is spectacular!
