Perfect in every way: excellent location, outdoor living area, pool and views.

If you are looking for a place with picture perfect views of the mountains, ideal outdoor living area to sit and talk in the day or evening, large pool to soak up some sun and close enough to downtown Palm Springs to take a 5 minute drive, then look no further. Wonderful stay

The house was perfect for two couples. Good location, beautiful yard and pool long enough for laps, well-equipped kitchen. Very nice outdoor dining and lounge area. We arrived in Palm Springs earlier than expected and the property manager kindly agreed to an earlier check-in. We look forward to returning in the future!

A perfect home with a perfect location

This is it!! Paradise found.

I've been coming to Palm Springs every year, but this by far is one of my best vacations. The house is beautiful. clean, and simply amazing. Loren ( premier host) makes sure that you have everything you need for a enjoyable and relaxing stay. We will definitely have to come back.

Pleasant in Palm Springs

Owner attentive. House has all the amenities and blends classic elements of mid century.modern with appropriate updates. Backyard is a private oasis. Decorating and art, some by the talented owner, make for cozy ambiance. Location in a quiet neighborhood directly on 2 local bike routes and conveniently positioned close to town, shopping, airport, and Rte 111 for easy access to Palm Desert and LaQuinta. All perfect for what we needed.

Beautiful property in a great location!

What a great experience! The house is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location. Minutes to both downtown and the airport. The owner Loren and the House Manager John are incredibly nice people and very helpful. My wife and I use VRBO quite frequently in our travels and this has to be one of the nicest places we have stayed over the years. We will definitely rent here again when we visit Palm Springs in the future!

Like A 5-Star Boutique Hotel

The longer we stayed, the more we appreciated this property — it’s artwork, the attention to detail and the location. The place is gorgeous; the owner must be a designer or artist. The amenities demonstrate remarkable thoughtfulness in anticipating your needs. The location puts you within walking distance of great hikes, impressive restaurants and the charm of downtown.

Paradise in PS

We loved the property - exactly what we were looking for! Secluded back yard, great pool, wonderful patio, etc. The kitchen is very well furnished, the BBQ is great, beds comfortable, and excellent views of the sunrise and sunset. Centrally located for restaurants, museums, shopping, the tram and access to Joshua Trees National Park. Extremely comfortable for one or two couples. One of the most relaxing stays we have had in a while! We will definitely return - can't wait for our next stay.

Great home for a get away

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The property is clean, safe and well located. If privacy is what you want then this home provides it. Two to four adults is best and wouldn’t take my kids as I would worry about them breaking the nice furnishings. Neighborhood vibe is peace and quiet. Can walk for coffee and breakfast and hike the hills from the front door. Overall I give it high marks and we have stayed in a lot of high end places.

I think the only thing would have been the showers could have been warmer if that’s a reasonable request plus it would have been nice to have a spare propane tank I went to 4 different locations to fine one one it’s crazy right now

Private backyard oasis!

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The backyard is so private and relaxing. Very quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. Lots of birds in the backyard. The heated pool was perfect in January. Lots of dining opportunities in a short walk or drive. The house itself had everything we could need, and the homeowner and house manager were extremely friendly and accommodating. It was hard to leave, and we hope to be able to go back someday!

Amazing property, location and owners!

My teenage daughters and I had a wonderful getaway at this house. Visiting in the heat of summer was actually just fine - good a/c, pool temps and no problem getting into restaurants or shopping! The house was just like the pictures - and even better. Great mid century modern decor, extremely clean, very soft towels and high quality pool floats! The owners provided excellent tips on restaurants and were helpful throughout the entire process. The wifi needed to be reset on our first day, and they jumped right on it, wanting to ensure we had an easy stay. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again.

Special Palm Springs Abode

Lovely property that was even more delightful than the pictures. Loren is a fantastic host. He was quick to respond to any questions. The house manager met us at check-in and was efficient and complete. The house is very well stocked and central to PS area, several hikes are nearby, and downtown is a quick walk or ride. The pool was wonderful-clean, perfectly heated and with plenty of seating and noodles. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms spacious. There is plenty of art and reading materials to enjoy as well. We cannot wait to return! Book this, you won't be disappointed.

Spectacular yard and pool

We had a great stay in this amazing house which has a good flow, a great kitchen with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the large pool and private beautifully landscaped yard with a variety of citrus trees and a spectacular view of mountains. The home was very clean and decorated in MCM style. We also were impressed with Loren’s artwork. We had a couple of light bulbs go out during our stay and the property manager was very responsive. We look forward to coming back. Thanks for sharing your lemons and grapefruits! :-) They were declicious!

Loren’s magical getaway.

This is my second time renting Loren’s home and it was Just as magical as the first! I haven’t met Loren in person yet but I feel like we are old friends. He so easy to work with and the booking process is so smooth. The home is so lovely. Perfect two bedroom two bath. Stocked kitchen. AC was amazing for those 112 temp days! Cozy den and lots of seating options. Master shower is incredible. House is stocked with everything you need including the kitchen and pool towels. Wonderful out back patio. And the gem of it all is that big wonderful pool! Plenty of room if you have a family or large group. Both deep and shallow. So comfortable. So incredibly private 360 with tall bushes to keep you away from the neighbors. Outdoor shower was wonderful. Can’t recommend this desert oasis enough. I will be back!

Stellar midcentury modern with amazing views!

Look no further! This charming midcentury modern is ideal for the perfect relaxed Palm Springs experience. I have been to many short term rentals, and this one takes the cake. Below are just a few and not at all exhaustive list of why. 1. The hosts were amazing. They greeted us, and ensured we had all that we needed inside the house as well as dinner, drink, and activity recommendations for the area. So hospitable-really great guys! 2. The views. The whole house faces the mountain, which is rare in PS. They have a shaded outdoor living area with a comfy L shaped oversize couch and dining area. We spent most of our time at the house lounging outdoors. 3. If you prefer to cook, you have a completely remodeled kitchen where the prep work can look outside to the pool and mountains. 4. Everything else is completely remodeled including the spacious Master Bath with an overhead rain shower. 5. The backyard with the pool is picturesque. It also includes a spacious side lawn for games, sunning with complete privacy provided by hedges surrounded by stunning landscaping. The home is also centrally located near grocery stores, nightlife, and many restaurants. Palm Springs is a great community and I would highly recommend this house!

Best Place in Palm Springs

All of the below reviews are on target. Our previous Palm Springs four rentals were with local rental companies, so I can compare this rental with our previous rentals. This home is described correctly and the photos are current. It is the best of the best. A wonderful experience that my family will always remember. Loren is a superb host! Most attentive, informative and helpful (the previous rentals make him a super hero). We stayed for all of August. My husband wanted a great mountain view. I wanted a great pool, a good kitchen, comfortable furniture and a walk-in shower. Loren and Ricardo’s house met all our wants and is truly spectacular. The pool is delightful and larger than I expected. Mountain views are in the back yard and to one side. Amazing. Kitchen is so well stocked. I have never seen so many cutting boards! Everything about this kitchen is a pleasure. ... dishes, pots, pans, even a pretty tea kettle. We enjoyed preparing almost all our meals here or picking up from the recommended list Loren provided. One amazing surprise is the art throughout the house. Loren has outdone himself. You will find a large collection of great books with comfortable places to read both inside and out. Landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. Needless to say, the house in immaculate and the layout is perfect. This is the answer to a wonderful time in Palm Springs!

Beautiful home with a beautiful view

This property was everything we had hoped for. The house itself was fantastic - comfortable, clean and well supplied - but the highlight was definitely the backyard pool/patio area. The quiet neighborhood location was perfect for us as it was close to downtown with walkable dining options. Loren was great to work with and we look forward to visiting again!
