We had a great time in this beautiful house. It was perfect for us, clean with all things you need. Pool and Whirlpool are awesome. It was our second stay, but certainly not the last. A high recommendation!

Great home in Palm Springs

House was spacious, kitchen very well appointed and whole house immaculately clean. Quiet neighborhood. Pool and heated hot tub were a welcome way to unwind after a busy day…did I mention wine helped, too? Larry was quick to respond to our questions and was kind and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

The property must have gone recent renovation, everything was new and clean. Pictures do not do justice. We loved our stay here. Location is great as well. Highly recommend it.

The property was spotless and Larry was very helpful on check-in. Everything was exactly as advertised. It’s all recently updated and the pool area is fantastic. Very quiet neighborhood. Would stay again for sure!

Great spot to relax and explore Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley

This is a great house, well located and well equipped. Beautiful view of the mountains and easy access to everything around Palm Springs. The property is very clean and well furnished. Great kitchen and outdoor area including lovely pool and hot tub. The owner was very attentive and made the whole stay a good experience.

This is a lovely accommodation that is very close to down town... Sherman's Deli and the Valley Fest street fair. The host/Larry was exceptionally responsive and very kind. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay

We chose this home for our trip to California for my daughter’s 40th birthday. We had a great time. This home was so clean, comfortable and it was very well stocked. We hung out, cooked, bbq’d and swam and truly enjoyed ourselves. The spa tub is a must! The AC and pool were amazing, kept us cool in the hot Palm Springs temps. Larry was great to work with. I don’t think you will regret staying at this property.

Comfortable Home

Overall, a nice stay. Comfortable accommodations. Easy drive to downtown and dining. Directly in the landing path from the airport, so noisy with planes flying low overhead. No smart TVs.

Girls weekend get away

We had a very nice time at this VBRO property. Owner was very accommodating and responsive to our request. Home was very clean. Pool was clean nice neighborhood. My only exception would be the airplanes flying over at 5:43 AM.

A fabulous week in beautiful Palm Springs!

We would highly recommend not only this home but a stay in Palm Springs. Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) stayed for a week and enjoyed the beautiful weather, hiking, food, and the interesting variety of terrain around the area. Larry is an excellent property manager. Super responsive to communication, very helpful, and keeps an immaculate property. We appreciate him! Highly recommend you check out this place!

Property was nice and spacious and having the pool ion the property was great with 2 little kids

Property was clean and spacious. Every year my daughters take me to Palm Springs for Mother’s Day weekend. We have rented condos and houses. We prefer a home like this one with the pool in the backyard as opposed to a hotel or condo where you have to drag the kids back and forth to s community pool. We all have pools in our backyard at home, so it was very comfortable. Would go back again.

Awesome house

Had amazing time in Larry’s property for the 4th of July weekend!! The house is beautiful and very clean from the inside and outside. The neighborhood was quiet and very relaxing. Beautiful home.

The house was clean and comfortable. Check in was super easy and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The only issue we encountered was the blinds in the bedrooms don't block the sun out very well so the light woke us up as soon as the sun rose. It made afternoon nap time and sleeping past 7 AM hard.

Aggressive owner

The owner insisted on meeting us at the property. I left the front door open. Upon his arrival, he came in while simultaneously announcing his presence. No one should entera property without knocking and waiting for someone to let you in, regardless if the door was open. He proceeded to insist on showing me where light switches were, and also where the thermostat was. He seemed to prefer we keep the thermostat at a certain temp, 78°. He also emphasized a zero noise policy in the patio, not even coming from a smart phone. Other than this, it was a nice home with all the amenities. Just be prepared for a very aggressive owner.

Splendid Stay

To my surprise, this is the same property I rented several years ago. I was a welcomed surprise because it was a great stay then, and great this time. There were no issues of any kind. Communication with the owner was top notch. Whenever I get to Palm Springs again, I am hoping to rent from him.
