"The staff is friendly, good customer service, Indoor pool is nice and full free buffet in the morning. The omelet station was the best. Theo did his thing. I hate I missed it on my last day bc the hours change during the week. The room was fine. Room service was okay but too high. The Cajun pasta was really good. The room I requested was not available but to my surprise, an atrium room was not that bad. They do have complimentary drinks but the line was too long for me. "

"It was an amazing experience. Lots of museums, fascinating history. It is recommended to use the place when it is cooler. Beautiful hotel, the design suits the place, the staff is kind and professional, everything we asked for we got and quickly. Large and spacious room, clean, well-kept and beautiful. Highly recommend."
