“The room was clean overall, and the beds were comfortable. We slept well, although the pillows were a little firmer than usual. However, the room clearly needed maintenance, especially the bathroom. The toilet paper holder was broken, so the roll was left on the bathroom countertop. The toilet tank looked tilted backward and seemed loose or improperly positioned. The shower area showed visible moisture damage, with peeling paint, swollen areas on the wall, and worn or separated trim. The……

“Please do not stay with them. Reservation for a week and had something pop up and could not stay the last two nights. They will be nice and lie to your face about being able to get a refund. When I tried to get it they blamed Expedia for not giving it back when it is up to the hotel discretion. Customer service is terrible. Will not be staying again.”

I could not hold a connection, it kept dropping. This happened throughout the night and made my stay unpleasant and downright annoying. If in Borger again, I would go elsewhere.”
