“Staff was amazing”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was puke or something splashed all over the bottom of the footboard of the bed. We slept fully clothed on top of the bedding. Cleanliness of the entire building was questionable. Hallways full of dirt and crumps. Lighting in the room was sad and depressing. The doors at the end of the halls don't lock so you are open to anyone entering the building at anytime. Toilet wouldn't flush until usually the 3rd or 4th time with the handle.……

“We have stayed at this particular hotel 5 times in as many weeks. We like the location, the price has been good, and the staff is very friendly. We are only needing a place to sleep, so do not use the other available facilities. We enjoy the biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Overall, reasonably clean and maintained. Will continue to use as needed.”

“Overall good value. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Rooms looked just like the pictures. A/C and water pressure were great, plenty of hot water as well. I especially liked the shades really blacked out the light so we weren't woken by the sunlight.”

“The room reeked of smoke, causing my allergies to set off. We were only in the room for 20 minutes! They said it was nonsmoking but the must have made that decision just before I got there.”

“The hotel was in a convenient location and had the appearance of being new or well maintained. My only complaint was that the towels were a bit small.”

“Mom here: the staff were 10/10 friendly. The hotel is currently under construction (May 2026) carpet is pending replacement once construction is over. I have no complaints the bed was comfortable, the room got as cold as we wanted, the shower had wonderful water pressure. The breakfast was solid. No construction sounds outside of 9a-4p. Parking lot was safe and large. Accommodating staff. Last minute stay in Lincoln. Would stay here again especially with how kind people were.. once the hotel is……

“My family of 6 loved the Annabell Gardens. Getting to the place, I wasn’t entirely sure it was a very nice area. But once we pulled into the parking lot, we were in awe of how cute the little complex was with all the grass, trees, and walkways, plus the outdoor pool/hot tub. We were lucky that it was a warm day and got to use the pool. It was nicely heated and we all had fun! Hot tub is a little small, but we mostly had the place to ourself, so it fit us. The breakfast was nice. My kids thought……

“Breakfast was good. Staff were nice and super helpful. Staff responded to changes in reservation and answered questions I had very quick. Rooms were clean with no issues. ”

“The check-in & out was a breeze. Wonderful staff, great buffet breakfast, and over all clean friendly welcoming people. Might I add our stay was during the Nebraska college graduation weekend. I would definitely stay again! Thank you for your hospitality.”

“I was taken by the appliances available, a small full size fridge and freezer, 2 burner electric stove and sink. Didn't have a very restful night but that's not on them, I just suck at sleeping.”
