"We stayed in the upstairs apartment of a farmhouse. The owners Mom was very thorough in her checking procedures even though her English was limited. The apartment was well insulated and clean. The views of the Tuscany countryside were amazing. The bed was small but adaquate. There was a bookcase that divided the kitchen from the bedroom. "I came for a week from the US to visit my daughter who's studying in Florence for a semester. Her study abroad advisor recommended the Social Hub. The location was great - walking distance to her school (SRISA), SMN train station, etc. The coffeemaker in the room was a big plus for me; the hot water pot was a nice bonus. We had the buffet breakfast once - delicious. Room was clean. Property was lovely and clean. Staff were courteous and helpful -- called a taxi for me back to the airport which arrived in minutes."
