"The first room was just disgusting with someone else's hair in the shower. The second room had an issue with heat. Thermostat is malfunctioning. Not to mention one elevator with long waits to get to and from the lobby. We ate the buffet breakfast thinking it was included and got a $50 bill and my stomach wasn't good couldn't eat my supper and ending the evening with the Diarrhea. I book this think it was a luxury hotel. It was far from that."

"Excellent location to all of St John's. Have stayed numerous times at this location and has always been a great stay. Very quiet even with a near full building. Beds are comfortable and the shower relaxing. Value for money compared to many other hotels in the area is great, only issue is you are not within walking distance to any attractions. Staff are very helpful and welcoming."
