"Sparkly clean, helpful and friendly staff, fabulous breakfast. Convenient to everything we wanted to see or do. Slow internet and too much chlorine in the indoor pool were our only complaints. We joined BW as a result of this stay simply because we loved this hotel."

"Room was a lot bigger than expected. It was clean and ammenities inside the room were considerably more than expected. Room offered value and conditions higher than the priced paid. The room was brighter than what I would like it to be. It had a sealed door going outside which had blinds blocking visibility but did not have a blackout covering that area. The blackout only covered the main window. Being that said, if I ever visit the area again, it will be the preffered choice to stay."

"The gym was under renovation and the pool looked cloudy. Plus no hot tub. The room was big and spacious with blackout shades which was a plus. But the renovation put a damper on our access to the gym. Breakfast was ok as well. "

"Very nice stay with great rooms and very nice staff. I was disappointed that there was no room service. After a long drive, it would have been great to order some food and drink to the room. Not even breakfast was available to order in."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Staff was pleasant and very accommodating. Loved the ice machine and water fountain in the lobby to fill out water bottles. First time visit, will be back."

"This hotel needs more sound proofing. We stayed here for 2 nights for my daughters volleyball tournament. On the second night the room next to us kept us up all night. We called the front desk once to complain but nothing was done so we didn't bother calling again. We ended up oversleeping the next morning and were late for the tournament. At check out the employee at the front desk asked how our stay was. I informed him of the noise issue the night before and he actually confessed that it was him in the room next door to us keeping us up all night. He informed us that the hotel had given him a room for the night to celebrate his birthday. I couldn't believe it, no wonder nothing wàs done following our phone call complaint. I"ll never stay there again."

"We had an amazing stay at the Best Western Plus Intercourse Village Inn & Suites—truly a 10/10 experience and we would absolutely stay here again! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Check-in was quick and easy, and everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were great and everything felt fresh and well maintained. It was also very quiet at night, which made it easy to relax after a full day exploring Lancaster County. One of our favorite parts of the hotel was the beautiful indoor pool area. It was very clean and well cared for, and it was such a nice place to unwind. You can tell the hotel takes pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. Breakfast in the morning was another highlight. There were plenty of options and everything was well stocked, making it a perfect start to the day. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Amish Country and close to shops, markets, and great restaurants, yet still peaceful and relaxing. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Clean, comfortable, great amenities, wonderful staff, and a perfect location. We highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Lancaster / Intercourse area!"
