“The website and other "guests" boasted of a breakfast. There was no breakfast other than coffee. I feel that most if not all of the comments on Google and here are fictional. There was a guest book at the front desk and all of them boasted of how clean the rooms were and how great the breakfast was. As I said, there was no breakfast, not even cereal or toast. “The room was what was to be expected and for the price it was nice. I have stayed in more expensive places that were less impressive. I will say that I paid in advance and was nice made aware of a policy that includes charging my card BEFORE I stay in the room and as if they are assuming I’m going to break all the motel rules. The women wasn’t the most polite and told me she’d be charging my card again (even though I already paid) and that I would be refunded at their discretion. Onenote she……

“There were bugs in the bathroom. I killed and flushed them most of the night. I wasn't able to sleep because of this. The ceiling and wall in the bathroom had been spackled and not finished. The furniture set up was not conducive to more than one occupant. The toilet flushed fine and the air conditioning worked well. My husband and I checked out early and cancelled our additional night's stay due to the insects. I would not recommend the Scottish Inn Ronks, PA. ”
