Sheraton Universal Hotel

"Great stay to visit Universal Studios. It was my husband, me and my two boys 8 and 12. The 2 queen room worked perfect. We took the shuttle the first day. But after that just walked. It was quick and took less time than waiting for the shuttle. Will definitely stay again if we need to be in this part of town."

"The bushes are carved in to animals, which is adorable. The pool and hot tubs were clean. The room was clean. The beds were a bit too firm, but other than that, no complaints."

"The room was very modern, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Spacious and well planned the staff was lovely. The check-in desk is a little bit weird how it’s laid out in a small area but then the main lobby is very very nice with comfortable seating. I did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on that, but I was disappointed that they only had coffee mate for coffee and not even a little half-and-half… For a Hilton I expect a little bit better on that front cause not everybody likes that sugary coffee mate product. Tiny complaint though for otherwise very nice property."
