De plus, il pourrait être très insécurisant pour une femme de constater que 2 chambres ont été louées à des hommes. Par souci de transparence je crois qu'il serait important d'aviser tous les chambreurs de la composition du logis.

"House was well equipped with all the necessities and more. Beds were very comfortable and clean. House was even bigger than it looks in pictures with multiple areas for different activities. Quiet neighbourhood with easy access to buses and highway if taxis/ubers is your choice of travel. "
"Hotel was very clean. The kids had a blast in the pool. The pool is more for kids, it is shallow. The hot tub was more warm than cold. The clorine level was high, but that is understandable. The continental breakfast was great, we are not big breakfast people so the options of toast, bagels, muffins with coffee is all we needed. Hotel staff were friendly. We loved that we were a bit outside of downtown, less busy. We were really only 30min away from anything we wanted to see/do (old MTL, Science center, Biodome, ect)"

"My husband and I spent a weekend at the Hotel and were very pleased! The Hotel is about 30 minutes from Old Montreal and St Catherine Street, however the routes to get there are easy The room was very pleasant and quiet as the AC is not an under window unit rather Central air, we both loved that!!, and the beds were comfortable. You could take a long hot shower and the pressure in the shower was awesome.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!"

"From our first correspondence with Maryam (and the photos on the site), we knew exactly what to expect - and it was exactly what we wanted. Does this place have tons of bells and whistles? No. But it's in a comfortable street, within a comfortable walking neighborhood (walking distance to public transit), and has all the amenities you need to feel right at home in Montreal. (When we told friends where we were staying, they were excited by the proximity to all Montreal has to offer - without the hassle or price tag of being in trendier areas.) We had to cut our stay short, and Maryam was incredibly understanding. We're already hoping to stay there again in the future!"
"My husband, mother and cousin and I enjoyed the apartment greatly. Large bedrooms, comfortable living area and a beautiful back balcony (wish there was furniture to enjoy on the balcony). The handrail to arrive into the apartment was very loose. Otherwise it was truly a perfect location. Try La Bella Restaurant!!"
"My mom my sister and I stayed for 3 nights, the place was clean, beds were comfy, it smelled good and had plenty of space. The central location was also great with lots of amenities close by. I was worried about the parking but there was no issue and we always found a spot just outside the house. The owner stopped in while we were enjoying the back porch to make sure everything was to our liking and thankfully it was. I would recommend this location and if we plan to visit Montreal in the future we will be sure to stay here again. "
"It was a beautiful apartment! All the comforts of home. And the location was right next to a bike path that will lead you to the Olympic Stadium and all that it has to offer. Also nice was to have Dairy Queen across the street! Easy to walk to several sites and a quick Uber ride to the Old City and new Montreal Center. "
"It’s a beautiful place and the host Majid communicates well. I originally booked it for myself and a friend, but when life happened I had to pass it on to two other friends to go instead. They had a lovely time. Just make sure you’re 100% sure of all your trip details before you make a reservation because it’s tough to make any changes afterwards. I learnt that the hard way."
