Staff are very friendly and the main areas and bathrooms are well kept however ac didn’t work too well and unclear information prior to booking that should have been more accessible to learn about very basic place to sleep has what you need nothing more nothing less location was absolutely amazing for getting to and from Jean Drapeau as well as exploring nightlife on rue st Catherine’s

Staff was very nice and welcoming and informed me about the area with tips and tricks about getting around. The a/c was wonderful and powerful. I didn’t use the balcony very much but it was very nice! Paying for room with the private bathroom was worth it to me. I also liked having a physical key for the room, that was nice.

Staff were excellent and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. They were super knowledgeable about the complicated parking in the area. Amenities were clean and the AC worked great. Highly recommend for solo or duo travellers who don’t need all the bells and whistles of a big-name hotel.

The room was quite small, and during the summer it became very hot, especially since it was on the top floor and exposed to the sun. Unfortunately, even the small window AC wasn’t able to cool the room properly. However, when I asked the staff for a fan, they provided one, and it helped a lot. On the positive side, the location is very convenient—only about a 3-minute walk from the village.

It's a nice quiet place. Don't expect luxury, but the room was cozy. The location is great, 20 minutes away from downtown. The highlight of my stay there was the staff, SUPER nice people. I had a problem with another hotel and I had to to book a new room last minute with a place that didn't require a credit card and they were happy to help me. I already know where I'm staying on my next visit to Montréal.

Every hotel was booked up this weekend so my partner and I were lucky that there was a cancellation and room available here! (We had to cancel our previous reservation because it was filthy!) The staff was great and we were so happy to stay in a clean room with everything we needed including a fridge, microwave and terrace! We will be coming back! Thanks from Toronto!
