"We had a fantastic stay at Conestoga Ranch! We stayed with two adults and three children, and the wagon had plenty of space for all of us. Everything was very clean, and we were especially impressed with the number of bathrooms throughout the property. Even with a full resort, it was easy to shower and use the facilities without long waits. The fire pits were one of our favorite parts of the stay, and the fire pit valet service was such a fun and convenient touch. The on-site restaurant was delicious and made meals easy since it was just a short walk away. The location of the resort was also very convenient for exploring Bear Lake. Our kids loved the arcade. While a few of the games were out of order, they still had a great time. The only minor downside was that the wagon was a little warm when we first went to bed, but that’s understandable for July. It cooled down nicely overnight, and the fans provided in the wagons made a big difference. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!"

"Floor was not wiped just cleaned with a broom, so ended up with dirty feet when walking barefoot, but beds were great and everything else was nice."

"My friends and I really liked it, from the day I booked that I communicated with the owners of the house until the day we arrived, the house was really very clean everything well accommodated and cared for a very spacious house with a spectacular view, I recommend seeing the sunrise it is very beautiful, it also has supermarkets and gas stations very close about 2 miles away"

"We had a reunion of 36 people at the property. Adequate space for us to eat and mingle. Kitchen had two large fridges with ice maker. Two stoves. Lots of cabinets. The property was an old mill. So the inside is a combo of old timber's and newer woodwork to make the space divided up into many rooms, bathrooms and other spaces. The 7 toilets and 4 showers were adequate. The mattresses are basic grade. Bedding and towels are fresh. We had a couple of issues that were addressed immediately and we got a small compensation for a broken bed frame. Remember to bring laundry soap and paper towels. We enjoyed the fire pit and grassy area out back for lawn games etc. it's about 20 min to north beach of bear lake. 15 min to Montpelier where there are two major grocery stores."
