“This house was in such a great spot good or small family's trip to Lexington. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, and was so close to LOTS of restaurants, breweries, and other activities. We enjoyed the unique decor, comfortable king sized bed, quality coffee maker, and newly updated bathroom, and appreciated the large tvs in each bedroom.We also loved that we were able to ride our bikes to restaurants, shops, and the neighborhood park, which had a public pool that was perfect for cooling off……

“We recently stayed at this freshly remodeled house and were very impressed. Located just a short drive from the University of Kentucky campus, it was perfectly situated for our visit. The main living room/communal area had comfortable seating, good natural light, and a relaxed vibe that made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring.The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and fresh.”

“Lovely, quiet neighborhood with this charming home. We enjoyed our stay during a horse show competition. All the bedrooms are upstairs, but all beautifully appointed. We were there in the summer and would recommend a larger fan in one of the bedrooms (it was small for the room), but otherwise very comfortable stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home! ”

“Communication was good.House was clean and a great size for our group.The only problem we had was with the air conditioning.When we got back from the horse races it was very warm in the house and we could not turn it down.”
