“Nice and cozy. Just far enough away from town to feel “away from it all,” yet close enough that it’s not a haul to get into town. The place is very clean, with all the basic essentials you need to enjoy a quiet getaway. My ONLY warning is it is a garage apartment. Very low ceilings. I’m 6’5” and I walked around the last 3 days with head tilted. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and I’d book this place again. ”

“The property is misrepresented in the listing. It is not a non-smoking apartment but is a sketchy motel room that has definitely been smoked in. The smoke detector was wrapped in plastic wrap. It was dirty and we couldn’t stay there. We had to book another room for the night which was amazing.”

The kitchen cabinets had bare-minimal cooking items. If you are a foodie or plan to cook a lot, make sure the host has the items you need. The property is new and in very good shape.”

We were in-town for the UGA UK football game and would stay in this same place in two years if we make the return trip. Across the street is KSR bar which is a great sports bar for drinks pre/post game. Also, there were shuttle busses that you could hop on for $1/person that would take you closer to Kroger Field and back after the game. This saved us $$$ on……
