This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it the perfect retreat for families or groups seeking a memorable getaway on the free bus route!
APRÈS Vacation Homes complies with all applicable laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Fair Housing Act (FHA). If a guest will be traveling with a service animal, they are required to notify us prior to check-in. Non-Service Animal Pets are $150 per stays of less than 15 days. If a guest will be traveling with a pet of any kind, excluding Support Animals, they are required to notify us of Breed & Age prior to check-in.
Please note there may be an exterior Blink security camera present at the front door/entrance of the property.
- For bookings over 30 days, guests may opt for a mid-stay clean (guest-paid) or a light property walkthrough with our manager, scheduled at your convenience.
House Rules:
🕓 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (Mountain Time)
Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and approved in writing. Additional fees apply and are billed in 30-minute increments at $50 per hour.
👤 RESERVATION HOLDER
The primary guest must be 21 years or older, present during the stay, and accept responsibility for all guests and actions on the property. A valid government-issued ID may be requested at any time before or during the stay.
🔇 NOISE & OCCUPANCY
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Strictly Enforced) per Summit County law and local HOA rules. No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind. Maximum occupancy is limited to the number listed in your reservation unless otherwise approved in writing, If the number of guests exceeds the reservation count without written approval, a fee of $85 per unauthorized guest per night may be charged to the primary reservation holder, and APRÈS may cancel your reservation with no qualifying refund.
🚭 SMOKING / VAPING
Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or cannabis use inside or on property grounds.
A minimum $500 fine applies for any odor, evidence, or damage caused by smoking.
🚫 PARKING & VEHICLES
Street parking is PROHIBITED, unless otherwise noted. All vehicles must be parked in the garage, driveway, or assigned spaces. Guests are responsible for any towing, HOA fines, or violations related to improper parking. Many neighborhoods are actively monitored by the HOA and private security.
🐾 PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS
Pets are only allowed at designated pet-friendly properties and must be approved prior to arrival.
Non-service animals: $150 fee per stay of 15 nights or less. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 violation fee.
Service animals MUST be disclosed to host, PRIOR to arrival per ADA requirements; no additional fees apply to qualified service animals.
🛋️ HOME CARE & FURNITURE
Do not move indoor furniture. Damage or repositioning will result in a re-staging or repair fee.
Outdoor furniture may be repositioned but must be returned to original placement before check-out.
Do not hang towels or clothing on railings, decks, or furniture. Use hooks or designated drying racks if available.
🌡️ HVAC & ENERGY USE
Do not leave windows or doors open while using the heat or air conditioning (if amenity is applicable).
Adjust thermostats no more than 2–3 degrees at a time. Failure to follow this may cause system damage and result in service/repair charges if negligence is determined.
🚽 TOILET USE & PLUMBING
Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or any other materials.
Guests will be charged for plumbing services caused by misuse or clogging.
🧺 DAMAGE TO LINENS / TOWELS
Guests will be charged for any damaged or stained items that cannot be restored:
- Duvet Insert: $85
- Duvet cover: $45
- Sheet (fitted, flat, etc): $35
- Pillow: $30
- Pillowcase (pair): $20
- Bath Towel: $20
- Hand Towel/Face Towel: $15
- Washcloth/Hand Towel: $10
- Bath floor-mat: $10
Common issues include: makeup stains, tanning products, pet hair, blood, or bleach damage.
🧼 CLEANING & HOUSEKEEPING
The home will be professionally cleaned before arrival. If anything is not up to standard, please contact us within the first 24 hours of arrival If we are not notified within the first 24 hours, we will assume the home was received in acceptable condition. Additional cleaning during your stay may be available for an added fee, or mid-stay cleans based on availability with 48-hour advance notice. Excessive mess left at check-out may result in additional cleaning charges.
♨️ HOT TUB / SPA USE (if applicable)
No food, glass, or oils/lotions allowed in hot tubs.
Children under 12 must be supervised.
Misuse that requires draining, cleaning, filter replacement, or repair will result in a $450 fee (with documentation).
Use of hot tubs is at your own risk. Guests waive host liability by choosing to use these amenities.
🔐 SECURITY CAMERAS & SAFETY
Exterior security cameras may be present at entrances, driveways, or garages.
Cameras are for guest safety, occupancy enforcement, and property protection.
There are no cameras inside the home.
