This Stonebridge Circle property is a spacious, modern, beautifully remodeled three bedroom townhome with a bonus finished basement perfectly located between downtown Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resort. Guests can walk to charming Old Town Park City, Deer Valley Resort or take a bus stops conveniently located by the property.

The gorgeous living room with flat screen tv and fireplace has high ceilings looking out to a tree filled outdoor space and attached deck. The wonderfully appointed kitchen with an attached laundry room/walk in pantry provides the perfect space for cooking and entertaining. Guests can eat at the kitchen bar or enjoy the dining room with wet bar.

The spacious townhome offers a main level primary bedroom with an attached bath, king bed and walk-in closet. Upstairs is a Jack and Jill double-sink bathroom/separate toilet and shower attaching a king bedroom and a bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. The finished basement (fourth sleeping area) provides a third full bathroom with three twin beds. The finished basement has a bonus family room with a second wet bar, sofa and tv area, fireplace, and foosball table, perfect for kids and teens.

The townhome was recently remodeled with a new kitchen and all new bathrooms. Hardwood floors throughout the home with carpet in the finished basement. The townhome comfortably sleeps 10.
