The room was roomy and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Location to Cathedral and downtown was excellent. Front desk personnel were helpful.

This place is awesome! One of the cleanest hotels I have ever experienced, and I've stayed in a lot of hotels. The bed was comfy, the bedding was great, the room was well appointed, the staff was as friendly and helpful as any staff anywhere. I did not eat breakfast, but my husband said it was standard fare, but a cut above. Great location, very walkable. The area felt safe. Everything in our room worked and I could find absolutely nothing wrong with the entire experience. Great place at a great price!

It’s right across the street from a homeless shelter, police were called twice in one morning right across the street from the hotel. The elevator sounded like it was going to burst into flames every time you used it. Hallways and bedrooms smelled dirty, it was just a very rundown building in a not great area. Would not recommend especially if you have children or plan on walking around.
