“The room was nice. They need to simplify the communication. Too many emails and to access the building you need to find the correct email (there are many), open it, click on a link, open a new page, then click on a button…so in the rain, I’m trying to figure all this stuff out. The ability to open doors with an app is cool, but they need to work on simplifying the communication. The hot water runs out quickly. Overall the stay was good, but good be better. I imagine an elderly person would be……
