“The bed was comfortable but cleanliness was lacking. The bedding was clean but the carpet was wet and the bathroom surfaces and door and floor were sticky and dirty.”

“Very cool place, love how they kept a lot of the old bank/legal building features. Thoroughly enjoyed the bar and restaurant, and the room itself was quite a nice surprise! Large and nicely decorated, with huge windows and equally impressive blackout curtains! Extremely hot outside that day, and the AC had a bit of trouble keeping up. Could’ve used a fan. But that’s not really the hotel‘s fault! The service in the bar and at the front desk were both very friendly and made the stay quite……

“Our stay at The Opal and West House was amazing! We stayed for a friend’s wedding and found traveling around the city extremely easy and quick while staying here. There was unfortunately an issue with our AC during the first day of our stay, but Lynsie was so accommodating ensuring us a perfect stay! We can’t wait to come back!”

“I stayed here for two nights solo, and overall the stay was okay. The staff were very friendly, but it didn’t look like my room was clean upon checking in at all. I’m not sure if the room hadn’t been used in a while, but it’s not something I’m used to seeing when checking into a hotel. It was pretty dusty, and the counter tops and bathroom didn’t look clean at all.
