We love coming to the Dakota to get away for a nice break and catch up. As always from the minute we checked in it was superb. Chloe who checked us in was so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Our Deluxe Suite was perfection and had everything you could ever need with the most beautiful view overlooking the water and bridges. Our room service food was delicious . When we checked out this morning , I did not get the kind woman’s name but also a credit to the Dakota Hotel. It is so nice going somewhere with excellent customer service and this is why we don’t go anywhere else for our little getaways / break away from life cause the Dakota Hotel always go above and beyond for you . The reception staff were excellent and eventually moved us to another room. If you are a coeliac don't even consider staying here. I rang the hotel to check they actually did gluten free food before I made the booking and was told they definitely did. When I went down for the evening meal and asked what gluten free was available I was told a salad because they don't have many coeliacs staying. Enough said.
