“Walking into the hotel, the lobby was clean and welcoming. Once I got to my room I was very disappointed. The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month and had a dark line around the bowl. There were dozens of ants in the bathroom as well. ”

“Front desk clerk refused to check us in at 3:49pm, even though we were only 11 minutes early. We argued and she finally agreed. However, she had a, "printer issue," and didn't actually hand us the keys until right at check in time. I suspect the general manager has told staff they are not to check any guest in early. We often spend time in La Grande, but we will not be staying at this Best Western again. A 4:00pm check in time is ridiculous to begin with. Whatever happened to 3:00pm check……
