“Desk clerk was AWESOME!!!!! Room was ok for a one night stay. I have no problem with dogs, I'm an animal lover, but I couldn't get past the wet dog smell in my room. ”

“The entire building was hot. In the lobby. In the hallways. In the breakfast area. They had no coolers of waters or sodas to purchase. The breakfast was stale and old. When I called to verify reservations it took over an hour to reach them because no one would answer the phone.”

“The hotel is just a mile or two off the Interstate. The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was pleasant and kind. The room was clean, quaint and comfortable but not much room with the two queen beds. TV in the room is fairly small. Breakfast was standard hotel food. When we checked out, I did share a minor concern with the gentleman and the front desk. He immediately became defensive. I was taken back by his defensiveness and immediately left.”

“Hot tub broken as usual, coffee machine dirty and missing parts needs updated”
