“It was really disappointing stay. Fits of all there was no 24/7 reception even I have arrived almost at check in time. The manager finally arrived in 30 minutes after I have asked neighbor hotel to call him. When he arrived, he was aggressive and insist on my cancelation when I refused he called me POOR, never apologized and I felt super unsafe leaving my stuff there and staying over night there. But it was not over, then hotel employee came at 8am in the morning an asked me to get out……

“The property itself is very nice. However, there is something living in the wall and I could hear it running around at night and making vocal noises - I’m not sure what kind of animal it was but it was very loud, woke me up more than once. I thought it was behind the headboard, I wish I hadn’t looked, it’s absolutely filthy back there. One of the cubbies is the wardrobe was filthy too. Cobwebs all over the ceiling. Yes the mosque it loud but I knew this going in and I could get to sleep anyway,……

“This property is terrible. Pool area is dangerous (dirty, uneven tiles, exposed filter unit that wasn't even working). Nobody was manning the reception area, the place was deserted most of the time. The room was unclean and did not smell good (drain/toilet smell was awful). No soap/shower gel in bathroom. Broken soap dispenser on floor. Filthy plastic bin. Shower fitting corroded and caked in limescale. Filthy mirror, covered in limescale. Sheets on bed were musty smelling. Worst of all, the……

“Piscine agréable, chambre correcte mais matelas inconfortable, pas de meubles dans la salle de bains pour poser une trousse de toilette, pas pratique.. petit déjeuner bon mais léger, pas beaucoup de choix et pas de jus de fruits ”
