The staff were friendly and helpful. Had lunch when we arrived and it was very good. There was a slight problem with the toilet flush but it was fixed right away and they offered a free breakfast as a compensation. This was more than most places would do and we appreciated the offer. In the morning neither of us fancied any breakfast, just had some free orange juice but others were having breakfast and they were definitely enjoying some huge full English fare. I stayed 2 nights and nothing was cleaned or replaced in my room for the second day/night. No one at the bar could help. The room was ok but just over the patio and people were loud until 1 AM. Bed fair. Sheets clean. Room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. Shower had a good water pressure. The property and room were dated and worn in areas. The out of hours entrance was not lit and visibility was very poor. Check in closed at 10pm and there was no one around in the morning to check out, breakfast was not served until 9am.
