PORTOFINO POLICY:

Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to reserve and occupy a residence.

Motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted within the resort.

No SMOKING, No pets policy.

RESERVATION POLICY
Check-in time begins at 04:00 PM. All guests who arrive early are able to use the resort amenities however access to the condo will not be available until 04:00 PM.
Check-out time is no later than 10:00 AM to avoid the late departure fee charges.

Deposit is 50% at the time of booking and payment in full 21 days before arrival.
The unit and prices are not guaranteed until deposit is made and the unit is reserved.

CANCELLATION POLICY – reservations (see exceptions below) require a 30 day cancellation notice prior to arrival to receive back advance deposit refund, less a $80.00 processing fee and the VRBO/Homeaway service fee.

Reservations for Holidays, Spring Break, Special Events and during a period from the week prior to Memorial Day through Labor Day week require a 45 day cancellation notice prior to arrival to receive an advance deposit refund, less the $80.00 processing fee and the VRBO/Homeaway service fee. Please note, cancellation or early departure due to inclement weather or any other events does not warrant a refund.
A travel insurance can be purchased through the VRBO site (or any other site) during booking process for possibilities of late cancellations.
