"The hotel was well maintained, clean and easy to navigate. The shower pressure was good and the room was comfortable. The casino floor was smaller than I expected but still in good condition since it's still fairly new. The casino staff, Spa & technicians, all restaurants servers and bartenders and staff, hotel staff, security, bus drivers to and from Chinatown were all attentive, friendly and eager to assist. We have a Windcreek 4 blocks from our home here in Bethlehem, I think Windcreek Chicago offers a better selection for dining. We will definitely be back to stay."
