"The resort is great! Elevators are kind of far from lobby. My daughter had a leg brace and was put in North tower. Patrick the bellman was the best! He notified front desk and they called me immediately and transferred us to the south tower so my daughter didnt have to walk so far. Patrick came back right away and helped us move. "Pretty solid hotel stay, we enjoyed our time. It was a holiday weekend but it did not feel crowded even though there were lots of people staying there. It is a spacious place. Enjoyed the outdoor pool, very clean! Service was wonderful, food tasty, and customer service was great.
