"If I could give the check-in process less than 1 star I would. We arrived at 7:30 pm and told (after 15 minutes of confusion) that our room wouldn’t be ready for another hour. Alright, we came back at 8:45 not only was it not ready, we waited another at least 20 minutes while the staff communicated in Greek with each other and did not advise us what was happening.
