The waterpark itself was clean, and wasn't crowded when we were there (5/2/26) and quite managable compared to some larger competition (Kalahari). Both days we were there the hot tub was FREEZING, really uncomfortably cold. The hotel was fine, there was enough to eat and drink in a pinch but I would highly recommend dining off-site. The variety was lacking, but the staffing was problematic. Service was painfully slow, and I waited 25 minutes in line for a plain black cup of coffee because there was one person on the register and one making drinks. Unacceptable on a Sunday morning. The rooms definitely needed updating, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and I had to request a coffee maker for the room which is a basic staple. I paid $289 through Expedia for the least expensive double queen room. I will not be returning.

I had an excellent experience. Both the staff and the other visitors were very kind. Everything was spotlessly clean, and at all times, they offered to help me if I needed it. I felt very welcomed and comfortable throughout my visit.

Cons: Not a lot of sit down dining options near by. The deck area in the unit both front and back are in need of tlc. The ac system is convaluted. Mattresses could be better. Nice that they offered a pellet grill and bbq but the pellet grill is disgusting. Outdoor area needs a good cleaning. There is enough space for king mattresses, queens were tiny. Stove is a cooktop and takes longer than normal to boil water. The pool is basic and closes very early. Pros: All appliances are new and in great shape. Adjustable base bed in one room. Decent wifi for gaming. All tvs are new. Unit looks very close to like in its photos.

The place was very close to camelback activities and the outlets. Please was great.
