“The hotel had construction of a new hotel next door. No mention of this was on the listing on the website at time of booking. The construction has been going the whole of 2025\. On arrival at the hotel I was placed in a room facing the construction. Returning to reception to complain I was given another room. That room was slightly quieter from the main construction noise. However the bath was damaged with pealing paint that had been badly over painted. The construction noise could be heard……

“Stayed here before and came back for a short break. So a return speaks volumes. Food is always fine and plenty of choice Generally staff are all great and happy to help you. Some don’t greet you though but the manners of most the guests is my biggest issue. Ignorant guests with no manners at all.
