"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa! The property was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor space was peaceful and private — exactly what we were hoping for.The location was ideal — close enough to local shops, restaurants, and beaches, but still quiet enough to unwind at the end of the day. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond and made us feel very welcome.We would definitely return in the future. "Just returned from a wonderful stay at Protaras Beach Villa.The location is perfect, on a lovely quiet complex but within easy walking distance to both Protaras Strip and Pernera, where there is a huge choice of restaurants, bars, tavernas etc.The villa is beautifully furnished and has everything you need to have a perfect stay. Although we didn’t cook and chose to eat out at the many restaurants but if self-catering, everything required was available.The outside area has a larger than expected pool (which was great fun, although chilly but this was expected due to the time of year) and 3 seating areas, one of which was upstairs, providing the late afternoon sun.Kimberley has been so helpful throughout the whole booking process, provides a very informative folder within the villa, sent recommendations for restaurants/bars/acts to watch and also provided a lovely welcome pack due to a late arrival, which I found to be a really thoughtful touch.We will definitely be returning next year and would highly recommend to others too.Thank you, Kimberley, for everything."

"The villa was clean, well-equipped and is in a great location - a few shops, restaurants and beach all within walking distance. It's around a 15 minute drive to Protaras and Ayia Napa with plenty of things to do and see.The owners were kind enough to sort out a food delivery as we were arriving late which was very much appreciated and there are clear instructions for the villa and plenty of suggestions and recommendations of what to do and where to eat.The villa itself is a great size, clean and well-equipped. Having said that the bathrooms are rather cramped and have very little storage for toiletries. The shower in the en-suite could do with a deep clean or refresh. The outside area is smaller than we're used to and we had to play musical sunbeds throughout the day to catch the sunny areas. The pool remained in shade for most of the day (maybe due to the time of year – late September) which meant it didn’t warm up at all but it was still nice to be able to have a refreshing dip in throughout the day. (The pictures of the outside area are years old as the trees and shrubs are much taller now).I appreciate that this is out of the control of the owners, and they did forewarn us, but the construction work going on just a few metres (literally just over the fence) from the Villa definitely impacted our holiday. Work began every morning at 6am and finished at 5pm. The machinery was very loud and everything got covered in dust. Hopefully this will be completed by next year? "
