"Super central location for lifts and amenities in the pretty town of Morzine. Hotel Igloo was an excellent option for a family of 3 as we had a two room suite. The hotel is very clean with great facilities too. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and it was nice to have use of the kitchen for a couple of nights when we didn't want to eat out. Overall a great choice."

"A large and perhaps a little soulless hotel, but the rooms were comfortable and warm with plenty of hot water. The buffet style food was very good but got rather monotonous after a week. Somewhat surprised that there was no night manager on duty"

"Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. "

"The beautifully designed and furnished hotel still had a casual, welcoming feel. The owners live on site and are very polite and helpful, interested enough to feel engaged but not intrusive or nosy. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel and we appreciated the full-sized toiletries. The only negative thing I could say about the place is that there is a bit of road noise if you have the windows open. "

"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. After needing to call for clarification, we were given a separate address that led us to the same location. There is no parking at the actual hotel because of construction. "Great, clean hotel located near the highway and a 40 minute drive to Flaine, France ski resort. Good wifi, onsite restaurant must be good, they were booked solid and couldn’t accept us for dinner. "
