“Bed was comfortable and clean, patio furniture clean, kitchen and bathroom clean, a full size blanket would have been helpful for cold evening we were there. I liked the sliding patio door for fresh air. Quiet neighborhood.”

“The lake view was very nice. The weather was cold and windy, so we had limited opportunity to enjoy the lake. We didn't need the laundry service. The owner was very responsive to a problem with the internet service. He had the Spectrum technician at the house at 8 AM the next morning.The house accommodations were modern, clean and spacious. It was a perfect distance from the Letchworth State park. I found out too late about the golf course across the lake!”

From downtown Perry to Letchworth Park, you will never be bored and you will never be looking at anything that’s less than absolutely mesmerizing. Amanda is the most incredible host. She is so kind and helpful. We had an absolute blast and cannot wait to come back.”
