Weekend getaways in Buffalo

This property surpassed our expectations. Very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was available. The available snacks and drinks were a fantastic touch. The house has been preserved beautifully. The outside yard/patio space and front porch were covered and perfect for relaxing. By far one of my favorite stays amongst my travels. Highly recommend.

I loved this hotel. It's small, quiet and beautiful. The common areas are lovely for hanging out. Our room had a gas fireplace and so we were able to make it nice and cozy despite the cold. The bed was super comfy. The staff were friendly and spoke highly of the owners. The owner communicated directly with me via text. I want to go back to Buffalo, just to stay at this hotel again.

This is a beautiful hotel. Our king suite was so very nice. Having a top rated restaurant right there was amazing and the breakfast next morning was delicious and well stocked. I can't wait to visit again and take some other family members. My husband said he would drive the 3 hours from where we live just to stay at the hotel and dine at Russells. That is saying something because he is not a traveler. The Christmas decorations were so very festive. We were there for a wake and memorial service...

We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. We travel to Buffalo often, family and our daughter is in college there. We have stayed in many hotels in the area but none were as charming, beautifully designed, clean, and had a staff that was available for anything you needed. The lobby is like being in someones beautifully decorated living room. Our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and a small living room wtth a pull out sofa. Thanks for the candy when we arrived...

I loved the hotel and location. However, my room was $219 a night and I was charged $299, w no explanation or receipt. I was also told parking in the garage would be free and was charged $20 to park. For $300 a night, I would think parking would be included. Valet parking was only $18 a night. Had I known I'd be charged $20, I would have done that.

Staff was extremely helpful when my arrival was delayed - I could not check in until 11pm. Property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Will plan to stay at Buffalo Guesthouse for future trips. Go Bills.

The hotel and breakfast were good; the service was exceptional! They went above and beyond to help me. I needed a windshield wiper replaced and could not do it myself; the person happily came out and assisted me. This was much needed as the dreary weather would have been treacherous without properly working wipers.

We had a wonderful stay at The Mansion! Loved it! The staff call themselves "Butlers" and are so nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. It is a really special place to stay!

everything was absolutely perfect. The restaurant is incredible. Room service was top-notch. We did not even want to leave!

The hotel was very nice and the staff was professional, friendly and warm. I really enjoyed my stay the added perk a free shuttle that can take you around two miles around the city.

Staff was polite and helpful. Too many chemicals in pool burned my son's eyes. Will bring goggles next time. He didn't even open his eyes under water. But I understand the use of chemicals to keep it clean. Only negative thing was another young couple came down in the evening to use the pool and were very inappropriate in the pool area in front of my children. Not hotels fault. But we left earlier than we would have so they didn't have to see them doing what they were doing.

We loved this hotel! 10 minutes from the airport with a free shuttle (although we could only use it one way because of the hours). The staff were all so friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast variety was nice. The sausage could have been cooked a little better and we would have preferred individual yogurts over the bowl.

Stay was as expected. Lots of room to sleep all four of us on two Queens and a sleeper sofa. Its been a couple of years since we have been in a Springhill suites but it appears that they have remodeled the bathrooms and we love the new look, except that the sliding door does not have a lock, which some people will not like.
