Nice comfortable room. The breakfast was very good. We would like an option for a little more stuffing in the pillows. We very much enjoyed our second stay.

Very nice place to catch the shuttle for the aiorport,especially a early flight.

We arrived at 3:20. The room was not available until 4:20. Two of my friends had to wait to get into room until 4 :30 or 5 pm. The hotel staff were clearly overwhelmed. My room had an odd odor. The thermostat did not work . The temperature in the room was 80 degrees. Ideal for us would have been 72. We tried to turn it off, but it would not turn off either. One other friend had similar problem and was moved to a different room. The hotel was very full with a wedding party and a kid hockey team. The next day they did offer to move us to another room , but we were out and did not return until the evening when we were too tired to switch rooms. The front entrance is being repaired so we had to walk around. The lights in the parking lot were not on.

Not that many options near by, but the gas station for sure what would you need. Property wifi only works in lobby, for what i seen, the room equipment was old and lacked for fridge. And a little scent of smoke in my "non-smoking room"n but after a couple of minutes you dont detect it anymore Yet, for the price you are paying, its by far the best option, google reviews are terrible for this place, but is not asbad as they put.

Communication was perfect between myself and the property. Clean and nice for a night stay in the Pittsburgh!
