“We loved our stay at this chalet! It had everything we needed, was warm, cozy, and absolutely immaculate. The kids loved the sleeping loft (they called it their man cave). Views of Holimont are beautiful. The host was communicative and responded to my few questions right away. The perfect winter vacation spot!”

“My family and I loved spending this past week at Hencoop Hollow! The property is beautiful and very quiet. We really loved the firepit (probably the best and most useful one I’ve ever seen), and it was great to have 2 large porches. There were 10 of us and there was plenty of space. Also, Michael was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a camping-like experience with all the amenities of a home.”

“We stayed at this chalet in Ellicottville, NY for my husband’s 30th birthday with a group of 20, and it exceeded every expectation. The home is absolutely stunning and truly immaculate—everything was sparkling clean from top to bottom.It’s stocked with literally anything you could possibly need, from bug spray and extra toothbrushes to garlic powder. Every detail was thought of, which made the stay so easy and stress-free.The back deck was an essential hangout spot, and the huge couch made it so...

“We all came up to see the eclipse. The cottage was easy to fine, had great bedrooms, a wonderful kitchen, and perfecct yard for all my grandchildren to enjoy. Our host was helpful and easy to contact for questions. We do recommend this "House by a pond" for a pleasant stay away from home.”

“Cut my foot open and so did my 3 year old son. He had to get stitches, from missing grout from between the floor tiles. All the tiles were coming apart. It was so bad we had to have the property maintenance man come over and check the floors. My wife fell on her back on the ice directly infront of the ring camera on the house hit her head and my daughter fell on the " heated" driveway busted he knee open on the ice and it goes on and on. We took very good pictures and videoed all of it too.”

“We stayed for several days to ski and hang with family. Everything was great and it was a nice quiet location close to town and skiing! ”

“Our family spent a couple days on your beautiful property. It was perfect for our group of 20 – plenty of sleeping space for all. The kitchen and bathrooms are extremely clean and had everything we needed. The property itself was spacious. We enjoyed s’mores by the fire, dancing in the gazebo, as well as yard games! We highly recommend!”

“This was our second time staying at this property. It fits our 3 families of 4 perfectly with room to spare. It's a one minute drive to the slopes! The house is equipped with everything you need for cooking at home and the beds are comfortable. It's so nice to have a dryer for all of our ski clothes and the huge bathtub was an added bonus after a long day of skiing. We will definitely be back.”
