"Hotel is well situated and we had good stay and enjoyed pool. Also enjoyed both buffet breakfast/dinner in the restaurant. My companion has mobility issues and hotel is on quite a steep hill. She did manage it! Staff helpful but explation about cost of breakfast not transparent so make sure you are clear how much you are due to pay"

"We stayed for one night to break a journey, very friendly staff food in bar very good. Rooms very dated and furniture old but it was acceptable, very quite location good nights sleep. Windows in the bed room opened lovely and wide so loads of fresh air on a hot night. Wonderful view of the Wallace monument. Did not have breakfast as early start.Loads of parking on site and not charged if you entered your reg at reception."
