“The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs ”

“Booked a ground floor accessible room with walk in shower and king sized bed and got email confirmation of this for a 2 night stay. On arrival were allocated a small ground floor room with small double bed and a shower over the bath. Was informed the room that the room that I had booked was occupied . Later we were offered a larger room upstairs but I had deliberately booked a ground floor room due to mobility issues. The staff were pleasant, but the hotel is in need of renovation, the……

“The restaurant was nicely decorated and the Indian cuisine was unique and excellent quality. My lamb was the most tender I have ever had. Staff were attentive and service superb. I am diabetic on insulin and on a lot of medication for various health issues so all meals are impotant, we paid extra for breakfast both mornings,, we were never informed of time for breakfast and for all the things I have to do in the mornings we didn’t get down until 10am only to be told he stopped serving at 9:30……

“Probably the best thing about the hotel,was that it was very central. The bed that my partner and I shared was the most uncomfortable sleep that both of us had ever had.there was I big dip in the mattress.we never tried the food because a local advised us not to.”
