“The building is pretty cool & their staff is very helpful. The room is pretty old but still ok. ”

“The room was clean as although dated. We intended to have evening meal but when we sat in the bar/restaurant area for 10 minutes, we observed utter chaos with no leadership of staff. The Bar person was uninterested with no urgency. The bar was full of unwashed empty glasses. No way to run a bar. We left and ate elsewhere. We would not recommend this hotel.”

“I don’t recommend this hotel at all. The building is run down and shabby. The changing rooms for the so called spa are dreadful. The male change is basically a walk in toilet with lockers. The rolls in the morning were stale and staff passive aggressive as we were a few mins early. We are really dissatisfied and disappointed here. The shower seals in our room were black with mould and disgusting. It has a steam room. No sauna. The gym only had cardio equipment, no weights at all. Overall it……

“Although rooms are a bit tired, overall the friendliness, helpfulness, warmness of the staff, the location, the facilities and the food were all spot on. Great for families, will definitely be back again. ”
