“We were hesitant since there weren’t any reviews yet, but choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions of our trip; this is the place if you want to feel treated like royalty while not breaking the bank. The breakfast is made to order, the rooms are super quiet, and the staff and service are phenomenal. There’s a heater in room. The staff accommodated our early departure, plus prepared a boxed breakfast for our 4am Rainbow Mountain trip. The onsite restaurant is incredibly affordable with……

“We really enjoyed this little hotel. The rooms are pretty much new. It’s just up from the square. The breakfast was great. They made eggs to order and had a small buffet, including fresh fruit and fresh bread. The property is very clean and again just close to the square or Plaza de Armas and just up the road a couple blocks from the historic ruins the staff was very friendly, including Alvaro”

“Amazing shower. Best shower in my peru trip. Hot water is so enough. Hotel provides breakfast from 5:00am. It is perfect for the one need to catch the early bus to machu picchu. It has lift. However, the hotel is located next to the heavy river. It may be a bit noisy.”

“對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！”
