Check in was rough. There were four people ahead of us to check in and three more couples crowded into the small lobby. We waited 20-25 minutes, but the lady at the desk was very pleasant! Check out was easy and there was kind staff to help us, Our room was oddly furnished and crowded. But it was clean and the bed was comfortable. They said no pets, but at least two guests had dogs. Nothing terrible … nothing spectacular … it was okay. There is a smoothie shop and sub shop right next door - that was nice.

this motel is old and needs major maintenance. Walls had baseboards falling off. BAroom cleaning was unsatisfactory. Floor had water seeping up between laminate flooring. The bed was clean and the shower fine, so it met the minimal basic need for a night.

Staff was so friendly! Our bed and room was comfy and clean- breakfast was good- close to room parking- hotel is under renovation so some areas were less than clean but it’s to be expected😊 would definitely stay there again!

The staff was nice the rooms were clean but there were times I didn't feel safe in the room because people were walking through the parking lot bums a couple of times at night there's no true security there yes your rooms do lock but if you want to have a cigarette you have to go outside which is fine but that's when you run into the weirdos at night

Staff very friendly. We encountered a problem with our key. Didn’t work. We left for dinner being told check back with the front desk they would solve the problem. When we returned 2 hours later we still could not get in our room with our luggage inside. They put us in a different room but we still had to wait another half hour for someone to come and get the door open to the First room where our luggage was. Now 10pm not a good start to our stay.

Nice place for the price. The bathroom was clean but falling apart (moisture made the molding pull away from the wall so kinda gross). Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected.

Parking was easy and safe. Staff was friendly, helpful, and available. It was freezing (snow storm) in Petoskey during our stay, the room was warm and comfortable. The pool was a great way to keep the kids entertained when we were snowed in.
