It's also an 8-minute walk to the Tasker/Broad train station will put you in Center City/City Hall within 10 minutes. Quick and cheap Uber to Center City and Sports Centers. Convenient to everything and perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers! The newly renovated home features a beautiful open area layout. Guests will have the entire apartment unit to themselves. If you want to go into Center City, the subway is only a couple of blocks away. A great stay for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Make your trip unforgettable by staying here! One of the only diagonal streets cutting through Philadelphia’s grid design, Passyunk Square (Ironic, isn't it?) has always stood out from the crowd. The neighborhood is a delightful blend of old-school traditional charm and influx of dynamic vibrant new energy. The highly walkable and friendly neighborhood of East Passyunk is lined with indie boutiques, bars and cafes. It’s home to traditional Italian restaurants, world-famous cheesesteak (Pat's King of Steaks and Geno's Steak, both open 24/7) spots and highly acclaimed eateries that have earned it a spot on Food and Wine’s list of 10 Best Foodie Streets in America. Visitors can pick up one-of-a-kind gifts at cute boutiques and independently owned shops, sip coffee or tea at local cafes. Neighborhood-favorite bars (P.O.P.E., Stogie Joe’s), cutting-edge restaurants (Fond, Stateside, Will) and indie boutiques (Metro Men’s Clothing) integrate with classic neighborhood food institutions, for an experience not easily replicated elsewhere in the city. Don’t miss the Singing Fountain, an only-in-Philly attraction right in the middle of the action. Weary walkers can sit a spell at the Singing Fountain, a park that plays hits of yesterday and today. Acme Supermarket and famous Italian Market is within walking distance and perfect for any grocery needs. Many local restaurants and entertainment also easily accessible nearby the neighborhood. Very close to several Septa bus stops and only a 5-minute walk from the Tasker-Morris Station for the Broad St line. Philadelphia is a Lyft/Uber friendly-city with relatively low prices $5-20. Parking rules are block by block so you'll just need to pay attention to street signs. Usually, parking is regulated from 10 am to 10 pm with 3 hours of parking. It's about as good a parking situation you'll find if you want to be close to the center of the city. There is also a municipal parking lot nearby for ease of parking. Either way, you will find a spot. If you are flying to Philadelphia, an Uber from the airport to the apartment costs approximately $5-$15. Please take a moment to carefully read the house rules. The street noise could be loud at times as there is a restaurant/bar across the street, but a small price to pay for the convenience of shops and excellentrestaurants. We did not have a car as we were visiting family very nearby but parking can be challenging at peak hours. City Center is walkable but Ubers and public transportation are readily available. So many things to see in and around Philly, so at least spend a day walking to the city or around the area.The space we stayed at was on the second floor so there are steep stairs to navigate. The space has all the necesseties; however, don't expect a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. A grocery store across the street has everthing you need. ##### Frank S.
