Guest Verification

To meet legal requirements and maintain building security, guests may be asked to:

• Provide a government-issued photo ID

• Confirm contact information

• Complete our verification portal

• Undergo a background check if required

• 🪪 Reminder: We require a valid photo ID from all guests staying at the property.

• Building Requirement: For building security and registration purposes, the primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old and must be staying at the property for the full reservation. If the person arranging the stay is under 21, the accompanying guest who is 21+ must be the one to book the reservation, be listed as the primary guest, and stay at the property for the entire reservation.

All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the stay terms. By booking, you agree to:

• Follow all rental policies

• Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in

• Complete a background check if requested by management

• Understand that check-in instructions will only be provided after verification is complete



Verification must be submitted within 24 hours of booking (or 1 hour for same-day reservations). Bookings that do not meet these requirements may be canceled.



Pet Policy

Pets are welcome depending on size. Please notify us in advance to avoid cancellation. A per-pet cleaning fee applies:

• 1–4 nights: $35 per night

• 5–29 nights: $250 per pet

• 30+ nights: $400 per pet
